These terms apply to your use of https://makeyourhamper.co.uk (the “Site”) and to purchases you make from us via the Site.
Hampers and contents are subject to availability. We may substitute equal or higher value items where necessary (e.g., if an item is out of stock or discontinued). Images are illustrative; packaging and colours can vary.
UK delivery only. We aim to dispatch promptly and deliver within 7 working days where possible, and in any event within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed). Risk passes on delivery. Please provide accurate delivery details; failed delivery due to incomplete/incorrect addresses may incur redelivery costs.
If you’re a UK consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving non-custom items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Notify us within 14 days and return goods within a further 14 days in original condition/packaging. We’ll refund within 14 days of receiving goods or proof of postage.
Exclusions: personalised/made-to-order hampers, perishable goods, and opened sealed hygiene items (unless faulty).
Return postage is your responsibility unless items are faulty or misdescribed.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Any promotional codes are subject to individual terms and may be withdrawn. Gift messages must be respectful and lawful; we may refuse to print messages that breach these requirements.
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content except for personal use of the Site.
We’re not liable for loss that we couldn’t reasonably foresee, loss of profit or business, or any indirect/consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or where unlawful to limit.
We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy (see the Privacy popup). We may contact you about your order by email or phone.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issues quickly.
